Loost distribution is based on 3 factors:
- Guild ranks: in guild we have 3 raiding ranks - Core raider, Raider and Peon. Higher rank gets higher priority on loot distribution
- Item progression: priority on loot will be given to player who recieves highest benefit from recieving selected item
- Looting history: to secure an evenly distribution of loot among guild members, we are keeping track of recieved item per week for each member and adjust final item distribution accordingly
Reason behind Loot Council system:
We believe that this game is more about having fun while playing together with your friends than recieving loot. Non the less, we realize no matter what, looting is an important part of this game.
With this system, we are trying to utilize recieved gear as much as possible (loot will be distributed among people who raid all the time first, than the rest). That way we have higher chances of progression, which pull behind higher ammount of loot to distribute as well.
At the same time, we don't want to clear whole raid just to gear up one person. Due to that, we have security mechanics implemented to distribute loot equally.
